Kitchen Intercession

• Thank God for the wonderful people who gifted u utensils or appliances that u use everyday.
  
• Pray for the people who probably taught u the recipe sometime back or gave u a cookery tip which u never forgot.
  
• Take a moment to pray for the needs of the loved ones for whom the meal is prepared.
  
• Never forget to thank God for the people who have been a source of inspiration and from whom u have learned valuable lesssons.
  
• Pray for those who have been supportive and encouraging through your learning process (trial and error methods).
  
• Remember to pray for a woman who is not keeping good health as you and unable to complete her responsibilities.
  
• Thank God that you are able to have a normal diet when there are thousands of sick people who are forced to eat tasteless therapeutic diet.
  
• Thank God for His providence and for the abundant supply of your daily needs.
  

Introspection Prayer

• As I clean these utensils and make them shine till my reflection is seen on it, I pray Lord that you would cleanse me with hyssop and wash me as white as snow…
  
• Lord help me to nourish my family everyday, with food not only for their physical body but also for their souls…
  
• Prune and throw away habits and cravings and mould me into a pleasing offering as I cut the rough edges and rotten portions of the vegetables to make a delicious meal…
  
• As the pleasant aroma of the meal I cook fills the entire house, I pray that my praises will be pleasing incense in your sight.
  
• I desire that my family should walk on clean floor as I sweep and mop. Lord help me also to long for the day when we would walk the streets of gold in heaven with you
