Ingredients :
Milk 200 ml
Bread 2 slices
Egg 1
Sugar 6 tsp (add more if needed)
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Cardamom a pinch
Method:
Beat egg, sugar and milk. Soak the pieces of bread in the mixture and blend it well. Add a pinch of cardamom powder and a tea spoon of vanilla essence. Transfer the mixture into a mould and steam it till firm in the centre. Cool it and transfer to a tray for the topping. Pour chocolate icing over it and refrigerate. Serves 4..
