Chocolate Lava Cake


Looking for something simple to make, here it is Chocolate Lava Cake!

Ingredients:
Cream Biscuits

Chocolates
Milk

Method:
Take out the cream from the Biscuits, then grind it. Now take the chocolates and melt it. Take some milk and mix it with powdered biscuit and make a biscuit batter. Take small sized moulds available and fill the moulds with biscuit batter, then on top it with melted chocolate and then again with biscuit batter. (The mould should be coated with Butter). Then place the moulds into the steamer for 15 minutes. Now the Chocolate Lava Cake is ready!

Mummy's Black Forest - Cake

Cut the cake horizontally to get two equal halves.

Soak both halves by sprinkling cola (Coke/Pepsi).
Then apply chocolate icing to the lower half and place the other half on the top.
Now apply icing to the top portion and the sides.
Your delicious black forest is ready to be served.
Tastes best when served chill!

Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:

For Cake
Flour 11/2 cups
Corn flour 1/2 cup
Castor sugar 2 cups
Cocoa powder 3/4 cup
Baking powder 2 tsp
Egg 4
Milk 1 cup
Oil 1 cup

Icing
Castor sugar 1/2 cup
Egg 1
Butter 2 tsp
Cocoa Powder 2 tsp
Milk 2tsp

Method:
Separate egg white and yellow yolk. Beat yellow yolk and sugar till fluffy. Wash the beater well (fat content in the yellow yolk will interfere with beating of egg white). Next beat the egg white till fluffy. Mix both gently. Sift together the dry items (flour, salt, cocoa powder and baking powder). Mix the dry items to the beaten yolks alternating with milk. When the mix is done add the oil in a continous stream while mixing simultaneuosly. Transfer the mix into a cake tray and bake in a pre heated oven for 45-60 mins.

Icing: (borrowed from Dollys delights)
Beat egg and add milk, sugar, cocoa powder. Cook slowly over low flame stirring continously.When the mixture comes to boil remove from flame, add vanilla essence and beat to spreading consistency.
