Let us cook
some Fried Rice
Ingredients:
Chopped vegetables (carrots, cabbage, beans, capsicum)
Oil
Soy Sauce,
Chilli Sauce
Cooked Rice
Oregano leaves (optional)
Salt
Scrambled eggs (optional)
Crushed red chilli
Method:
Pour in some
oil and let it heat for sometime. Put in some chopped carrots. Do not let the
carrots cook for long. Then put in chopped beans. Do not cook the vegetables
too much, try to preserve the colours. Put in cabbage and mix it well. Toss in
some capsicum. Add the sauce, chilli sauce first, then soy sauce. Put in some
oregano leaves (Optional) and some crushed chilli. Mix everything well. Add the
cooked rice little by little. Add a tbs of salt. Add scrambled eggs (Optional)
