Chicken Tikka

Ingredients:
Chicken boneless - few pieces
Curd - 2 tbs
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Chilly powder - 2tsp
Green chillies- 2(finely chopped )
Coriander leaves - handful ( chopped)
Salt to taste

Method:
Marinate the chicken pieces with all the above ingredients for 1 hour. Then shallow fry in a dosa tawa till the chicken turns golden brown.

P.s: Shallow fry is healthier than deep fry and it gives a grilled effect to the pieces... Try it and enjoy!
